Paint and Learn: Species at Risk
Create art for awareness
Paint Night
Through an indoor gathering, corporate attendees will learn about species at risk such as endangered aquatic species and their significance for biodiversity. A painting instructor will provide a step-by-step direction while giving participants the freedom to express their own creativity, while a biologist provides an educational profile of the featured species. Participants discuss the importance of biodiversity and share ways on how risks can be mitigated, and species can be rescued from extinction. The event provides opportunity for skill development, team building, advocacy and gives participants a memento to take home in the form of their painting. A virtual workshop is available for remote teams.
