The Kamploops, B.C. based Thompson Nicola Chapter has an interest in the Thompson and Nicola River watersheds. Aligning with TUC’s mandate, this relatively new chapter aims to conserve, protect, and restore ecosystems within these watersheds. Members of the chapter share a variety of interests including research, conservation, and habitat restoration. The Chapter has also assisted the Okanagan Chapter on restoration efforts within the Kettle River watershed.

Chapter History

Formed in 2014, the Thompson-Nicola Chapter is one of Trout Unlimited Canada’s newest chapters. Some of chapter members have a background in fisheries biology forming the chapter to address concerns in their local watersheds. The Chapter is working on establishing partnerships and goals for future projects.

Trout Unlimited Canada is a nonprofit, charitable organization. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
