| UPPER OTTAWA VALLEY CHAPTER’S mission is to develop a high quality cold water recreational fishery in the Upper Ottawa Valley.
The chapter assisted MNR stock brown trout in the Bonnechere River as well as installing seven data loggers to monitor water flows and survey most of the stretch for refuge cool spots along it. They also installed 13 of the same data loggers on the Indian River. They share partnerships with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources as well as the Ontario Rangers.
